Please note that VidBelow is a URL shortening and redirection service. We do not host, upload, or store any video files, media content, or copyrighted material on our servers. Our service simply redirects users to third-party websites where the content is hosted.
However, we are committed to removing any shortened links that direct users to infringing content upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent acting on their behalf) and believe that a link processed by VidBelow directs users to content that infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA.
To be effective, your notification must be in writing and include the following information:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, VidBelow will take the following actions:
Disable the Link: We will immediately disable access to the specific shortened URL(s) identified in the notice.
Notify the User: If possible, we may attempt to contact the user who created the link to inform them of the action taken.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, VidBelow has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
If you believe that your link was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be in writing and include:
Identification of the link that has been disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the link was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which VidBelow may be found).
Your physical or electronic signature.
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or our users, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing.
